If you during fakie Charlotte, hang your foot out a bit more, scoop a bit later and more forward with a bit more power, jump slightly higher and bend your knees before you land on the board it's called fakie 360 flip.

you are actually pretty good, just your skate style and the way you ride needs to be worked on

I have one piece of advice for you, if I may. 3:08 I noticed you are not giving your right foot enough room to slide up, when you ollie. Try placing your right foot behind the bottom screws of your board (more towards the middle of your board). This may not sound like much, but it will improve the height of your ollie. Also, when you ollie, make sure you concentrate on tucking your knees when you jump. Meaning, really concentrate on the act of jumping, when you ollie. Have fun! :)

Just learned to do a moving Ollie on Christmas after practicing ollies for about 3 months.

Ok now we need the 3rd year!! :D
